An interactive fingering chart for recorder is to the right.  Simply click on the appropriate link to access the chart.  Scroll your cursor over the note you are looking for and see which holes turn black.  Those are the holes you should cover for that note.  These charts are on an English website.  Therefore, the soprano is referred to as "descant" and the alto is referred to as "treble".
